How to Participate in Relay Iowa

Relay Iowa is a unique event based on teams of runners who take turns running across the state. First you must decide what your role is. Runner, or captain. Each team needs one captain and that is how teams register for Relay Iowa. If you have a team of runners you can think of to invite? Great! Invite them. Pick a captain and you're good to go. If you don't have a team and can't think of others to join you, no problem! Join our free agent portal to be added to a team of other amazing runners for the event!
